The more I read and research successful people the more I hear the same chatter.

I have read the “The most successful people in the world do the little things better than anyone else.” the Great Jim Rohn.

It is about executing the small, seemingly insignificant daily tasks in order to succeed.

Over and over it is about the small daily habits or disciplines.

Here is my problem, I have a short memory.

How can I remember all those little things I did last month, last week, or even yesterday?

Journal….

  • You do not need a special book with a lock.
  • You do not need to write stories in your journals, you can if you like.
  • It does not have to have a hard cover.

Heck, go buy a $1 notebook and write the dates on top of each page.

Each day make notes of the things you accomplished.

Why, because the biggest lie we tell ourselves is I will write that down later and we forget and then two days go by and you effort is completely forgotten.

I want you to remember what you did last week, last month, and last year!

Otherwise how do you know you are making progress?

My goal is for you to move forward everyday.

You need a notebook, email me and I will mail you one.

Have a great day!
