Every once in a while when I am sitting in church or in a meeting listening to someone address the crowd I would swear they are talking about me. It is amazing, it is like he is there, the details are so accurate. I look around the room to see who is staring at me.

I sit on the edge of my seat wide eyed intensely focused on his every word never knowing the guy beside me is thinking the exact same thing.

The bottom line is we are all human. We are all conditioned to act a specific way based on how we were raised or the environment we are in. I have found many times if I speak in general terms I am able to connect with a large number of people.

We live within our own thoughts. Our perception is our reality.

It is not until we move forward and open up a conversation that we realize there are  many people in the room at the exact same place that we are. Good or bad we share our circumstances.

So next time you feel like someone is talking about you, look around the room you may find you have company.
