My wife has been a real estate agent for more than ten years. With my background I always like when she share stories with me about what happens in her transactions.

Think about the transaction. The process starts with a customer who becomes a client. Once you have a client you as an agent begin to work for them under a signed contract. You either help them find the home of their dreams or sell their current property. Once you have gotten to this point is where the Appraiser comes into the picture.

He has a great job. His job is to conduct and inspection of the property and find out what is wrong with it. You know the best part is it is just his opinion. If you put 5 Appraisers in a house they could all come up with different values based on their own opinion.

The question today is are you an appraiser. Do you look for all the things wrong in your work, or your day? If you are a professional appraiser you could be living a life looking for all the things wrong. Having witnessed some of these appraisers in action I can tell you if you search long enough and hard enough you will find things wrong.

Your challenge is to go find the right property, and see the good in the day. If you look hard enough and long enough you will find the good. It is always easier to move forward with the right attitude.
