Show Stoppers – “What If” or “If Only”

You want to get better today than you were yesterday, correct!

It could be as simple as removing a few choice words from your vocabulary. Remember your thoughts are basically conversations with yourself.

Here are a couple examples of words you could lose and help you move closer to your goals.

  1. What if…
  2. If only…
  3. When…

When you speak or think these words get a pencil and paper ready because those are the things keeping you from your big dreams. These are the core of your action plan. Remove these excuses and move forward.

First things first, stop telling yourself these things are in the way. Who better to believe than yourself.

The more you focus on moving past these time stoppers the closer you become who you want to be.

Remember you can move a mountain. You may have to do it one stone at a time. With patience and persistence you can do most anything you put your mind to.
